  • About the role

    Grandseal is looking for a Financial Controller to take ownership of financial reporting, budgeting and internal controls across our Sharjah manufacturing operation and our Syria branch. You will work directly with management and lead a small finance team.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
    • Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast process.
    • Maintain product costing and margin analysis across the manufacturing range.
    • Manage cash flow, banking relationships and working capital.
    • Own VAT and corporate tax filings and coordinate the annual audit.
    • Strengthen internal controls and finance process documentation.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
    • CA, ACCA, CPA or CMA qualification.
    • Six or more years in finance, including experience in manufacturing or industrial trading.
    • Working knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate tax.
    • Strong ERP and advanced Excel skills.
    • Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.

  • About the role

    We are hiring an Accountant to keep the books accurate and current across sales, purchasing and inventory. You will report to the Financial Controller and work closely with the production and sales teams.

    Responsibilities

    • Record daily sales, purchase and journal entries in the ERP.
    • Manage accounts receivable, follow up collections and age the ledger.
    • Process supplier invoices, payments and staff reimbursements.
    • Reconcile bank accounts, inventory and intercompany balances monthly.
    • Support VAT return preparation and audit schedules.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Commerce.
    • Two to four years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE.
    • Comfortable in Tally, Zoho Books, SAP or a similar ERP.
    • Solid Excel skills and close attention to detail.
    • Available to join at short notice is an advantage.

  • About the role

    We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our finance and accounting operations. The candidate will assist with daily accounting activities, financial records, reconciliations, and reporting while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.

    Responsibilities

    • Record daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
    • Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
    • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

  • About the role

    We are looking for a Technical Engineer to bridge our laboratory and our customers: recommending the right waterproofing, flooring and concrete repair systems, preparing method statements, and supporting applicators on site.

    Responsibilities

    • Recommend product systems and prepare technical submittals and method statements.
